Today, 9/24/14 around 1:30P PST, I got the same call. content pretty much same. demanded money to resolve the issue on phone otherwise the same threat as you have outlined.

Well, thanks for your posting which clarified to me that it was one of those scham calls.

I received almost identical message from these clowns at 202-239-6447 that I will be arrested.  He called again and I picked up.  He knows my name but did not know the address.  I have a clean record about everything so I am not worried.
I will call magicjack and report the misuse of their device.  I will give magicjack my phone number.
