I received a call from this number and he harassed me over the phone and he said he would send Sherif to my home to arrest me. When I asked for his website he said www.irs.com and when I continued to ask him details he hung up the phone. The name he give was Brandon Jones and give ID was 01786. He wanted me to pay $190 for holding the case and another $4200 to local IRS office, to a very specific person.
Later, when I talked to my friends, I fond out that he called his home 3 times already and heard many people are getting calls from this number.
I received a call from this number too saying there were some serious allegations against me. The man had an Indian accent and he claimed to be an IRS rep.
Got a similar called but the number used was 202-239-0485, name give was Brandon Jones said he was from the IRS. Didn't call back based upon your comments. Thanks.
Crazy Indian/Pakistan man called this morning making all kinds of threats regarding "legal matters" from the "IRS" but he continued to say "Internal Revenue Services." Also, I've never heard of any Indian/Pakistan man named "Charles McDaniels" which further convinced me that this man was indeed a crazy criminal looking to scam someone for the day. He's a very angry, hostile, belligerent and ignorant scammer. Don't waste your time -- in fact, just respond to him by letting him know that you have information documenting that he is currently under investigation (no matter what name he gives) for falsely representing himself as an "IRS" agent from the phony "Internal Revenue Services" as part of his lunatic scam.
