These idiots called at 1:42 AM. Scared the breath out of my husband and I. Saw we didn't recognize the number, so we didn't answer, knowing that if it was a real emergency, they would call back, which didn't happen. Inexcusable to call at this hour.
Received a call from this number, let it go to voicemail. Message was cut off and just started with "...is filing a lawsuit to get more information..."

Definitely a scam. Received same taped message claiming to be IRS yesterday from a New York number and same message from this number at 3:30 am. Block this caller.
They called my cell but did not leave a message. I see it is the "IRS" They called our house about 15 times a month ago stating it was the final notice each time, always automated, and always accented heavily. We never called the number. When they call my cell, they don't leave a message. I look the number up, as I block the previous number. I wonder how many numbers I can block?
