Thanks for the info. I got a call too from 202-241-0406. Thank god... she has a bad english, bad VOIP service and looked like she was reading it from a somewhere. Thats enough clues that it was a scam. We cannot even understand her English to get instructions to respond :-). I work with many Indians here dont think it is even close to Indian accent.

Received a call from this number but was unable to answer. "Officer Amy Wilson" of the IRS left a voice mail advising I must call this number to avoid legal action. Since it was a "robotic" voice, employees of the IRS are not "officers" and I don't owe the IRS, I called back just to see what she might say. However, the voice mail was full so guess a lot of people do get scared and call back. The number is a YMAX Oration Landline so will report this to them.
