I got the same voicemail on the same day, just a little later in the day.

We got the exactly same message as what you described as follows today! And what is more, the message from the same phone number, "202 2411366"!

That's the exact message we got.

I just received the same message 2 days in a row...so glad I chose to do a little research before answering...Thanks for your info.

In particular:
In addition to the regular reporting channels, e.g., the Department of the Treasury, the FTC, and your local state attorney general's office, you might also report the abuse to YMAX Corp.  I have seen reports that they are pretty good at responding to complaints and may be able to permanently shut off a magicJack device, if necessary, so that it can never be used again.
