called at 8:43a left message saying he was "general mgr" of "Mega Millions 36703 Corporation" that I had won a prize package and to call the HQ in Washington DC at 202-241-1477 to receive further information. His caller ID showed "Cell Phone JM" 1-876-480-4728 (which is a Jamaican area code). His English was broken and he knew my name (creepy).
