We handle 'federal officers' calling on the phone by telling them that we don't do interviews on the telephone and that they should make an appointment if they wish to speak to someone at our house. Claiming to be an officer or investigator does not give them any more privilege on my phone than any other stranger. Of course if they are legitimate, they can stop by the house any time they wish.
Had a call from this number, a few days ago. Message was from a man with a heavy Indian accent, saying his name was Officer Paul Rogers and calling from the IRS. He says there is a case against me for legal affidavit, my identity is under investigation and there are 3 federal charges against me !!! Did not call back, as I am sure they would send a legal letter before making a call about anything.
