Similar call from Chris Adams saying I have 7,500 waiting for me in a gov grant. It involves Western Union which screams out scam to me. Especially when Mr Adams wants to be on the phone with you while at Western Union and doesn't want you to know to anyone one about this.
Sorry, but this is one dude from India that needs to be put into a basket with a couple of their Cobra's.
caller said they are giving away free government grant for the amount of 6800. all u need to do is go to the western union and wire 100 to an account to india which is refundable so u will get 6900 back immediately.
Received call from man who said I was receiving a 750,000 government grant and I should call 202-241-3115 fro Mr Adams and he would explain how I could get my money. Called the number and was transferred electronically to extension 202-241-3115 and asked to leave a message but did not bother. Received a call from 202-241-3115 anyway Caller ID show Washington, DC. I decided not to answer and let it die. Just a wate of time to pursue further and I have a lot to do.

Jusr got a call telling me I am to recieve $7600 in gov grants, but I have to wire $250 through western union. I told the Indian that in this country we dont pay for grants, and maybe they should just take the 250 out of the grant. He replied "I'll have to talk to my superwisor"
