Just received two calls that came up as Restricted and Unavailable. They left two messages instructing me to call them back at 202-241-3397 because they need to come to my residence in the next 15-20 minutes to deliver a prize. The guy was very hard to understand in both messages. He stated the company he was with but I couldn't understand it. I won't be calling them back.

SCAM!! There is no prize and they will demand up front payment for "handling fees" or "taxes" usually via Money Pack or Green Dot card, sometimes via Western Union. Just ignore the calls. There is little chance to trace who these scammers are since they are most likely calling from outside the US using VOIP and a spoofed caller ID.
