My parents are elderly, not healthy, and they are continuously receiving calls at their home from people telling them they won a lottery, or Mega millions, or Publishers clearing House. I'm tired telling these people to quit calling my parents home and to quit harrassing them. When they call, the number shows up as unavailable or private. I have answered the phone and they have said they are with Publishers Clearing House, they state that they need some money sent to have package delivered. I've told them that if if they were really with Publishers Clearing House, they would not be asking for money, they would show up unannounced at the door, and deliver their prize. All you have to do is google any of the lotteries, mega millions, publishing clearing house, and you will see they are identified as being associated with a scam. Publishers Clearing House well states on their website, they do not call in advance, they show up at your door unannounced, and they will never ask for any money for you to receive a prize from them.
