My elderly in-laws received call from these people. Man had an accent. When Mom said not interested in receiving these calls the man said "Fu__ You" and hung up.
I received a message to call this number back. When I called I was told that I was the 1st prize winner and I had won $550,000.00US dollars and that %98 of the taxes had already been paid bu the sponsors. I was to go to Walmart, Walgreen's or CVS and purchase a $500 MoneyPac reloaded card and then call Agent David Clark back at the above number ext.156. After I read him the 14 digit number from the back of the money card he would transfer me over to another department that would instruct me to await a call from Ms. Lacy Stevens who would be the one who delivered my check the following day which could be used right away. He asked me how long would it take for me to get to either of these stores and purchase the Money Pac card and return the call.

My mother is elderly. She received a call from Mr. Moore of Megabucks sweepstakes. He told my mother that she is the winner of $550,000.00 dollars. Asked her how she wanted to receive the money - publicly or privately. He said she need to be able to send them $1200.00 dollars - first. Once she is able to get the money, he would have her prize money delivered to her. My mother contacted - her daughter for further assistance. She wanted me to give her $1200.00 so she could claim her prize money. I called Mr. Moore. He has a strong accent, and he was repeating the same thing my mother stated to me about the call. When I told him that I knew he was running a scam, he hung up the telephone on me. Later, a lady called me. When I returned the call, I spoke with a lady. I asked her why was she calling me. She was not sure, but I told her that I called earlier and was hung up on by Mr. Moore when I told him he was running a scam on individuals. She cursed at me, told me I need a job, then she said I need a man, then she just hung up. These people are running scams on people to receive money. Please, if you receive these calls, report them to the police.
