I received a call last week (they left a voicemail) from a "Jason O'Connor (Indian accent), Senior Restitution Officer with the IRS", stating a warrant was going to be issued against my name and to call back for details.
When I looked up IRS reported scams, there was one filed with the same " officer's " name and voice description, from a different 202 number.
I was up all night, freaking out about what was going on. I just sat and stared and at my 3 yr old son, while he slept, thinking I'm a single Mom...this can't be happening! It's absolutely HORRIBLE for anyone to do something like this!
