YEP FIGURED SINCE ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE IRS IS BY MAIL , I SHOULD KNOW IN THE MIDDLE OF AN AUDIT !! ,THIS IS A SCAM . WITH A NAME LIKE MR SMITH REALLY ..................

I have received multiple calls from this number. They left me a message saying that they're calling for my arrest and that the police are on their way to arrest me from my home. When I refuse to talk to them the man on the phone yelled at me and told me that I am going to be arrested and then he hung up the phone. After that Unpleasant conversation I called the number back the same voice answered and I told them that they are messing and threatening the wrong person. I called them back every minute for three hours leaving the messages letting them know that they belong in jail they will rot in jail for the rest of their lives.  they have no right to scam people and take their money.

"John Smith" called and said he was from the tax crime investigation unit from the IRS and a warrant was issued for an arrest against me and my property and it was very important that I get back to them that day. YUCK. How can people do things like this?

He called me and introduced himself as IRS investigator fraud department. He told me I own the IRS $600 and I have to buy $3250 green dote pack as government certified bond for IRS. If I do not do it, I will go to the jail for five years all was fraud.

Yeah he scared us too saying that we didn't pay something! And now they are taking our dad to custody for 72 hours! And that we have to pay $1,800 for not paying our taxes to IRS
