The Address listed here is actually the IRS building address in DC. There is no such thing as the Bureau of Crime Investigation, obviously. They call me and leave messages and their accent is so horrible you cant make out what theyre trying to say. I ignore it.

Posed as an IRS agent to advice me about my miss calucated taxes.

I got a call from Jeffery Morgan. He said he had something to do with an IRS audit and I would be in trouble if I didnt call back. He actually called my fathers house. My dad is 86 yrs old and the message was left on his answering machine. I discovered the call 3 mnths later whn I decided to erase his old msgs. I called back and had my number blocked and it was a magic jack number. He gave me the impression he was with the IRS. I doubt the IRS is using magic jack for their phones. This is obviously a con man.

Receive 2 calls stating a crimnal lawsuit had been fled against me and ineeded to call this number 202-558-2387 back fight away. He left a file number of CF93371

There is no "file number". Report them:

There are numerous telephone and email scams in which individuals claim to be employees of the Treasury Department. These scammers often state that they are from the “Department of Legal Affairs,” offer grant money in exchange for you wiring a small payment, or threaten to arrest you within a short period of time unless payment is made. Do not provide personal information or payment to these individuals.  Their actions are crimes under Titles 18 and 31 of the United States Code, and the Treasury Office of Inspector General is working to stop them.

If they claim to be from Treasury, report  it to [email protected] with a description.  If it was a phone contact, include:
the exact date and time that you received the call(s)
the phone number of the caller
the geographic location and time zone where you received the call
a description of the communication.

If they claim to be from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or it is about taxes, report it to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at:
