Recorded voice with a slight south asian accent claiming to be from Revenue Canada to my published phone number
Claiming to have issued an arrest warrant and seizure of property warrant.
Claim is not believable as I just submitted my taxes for 2016 and have already received communication finalizing that paperwork from Revenue Canada recently

Claims to be Canada Revenue Agency but is based in Washington,DC; the usual claim of 'warrant for your arrest' and outstanding taxes etc.
