Who called from 2022416307

Received scam call from 202-241-6307 said they where the IRS and I owned back taxes for $2,816.00.  I called them back about 5 times and finally they asked me not to call back and told me to F**koff.  Does sound like the IRS to me......

Received call from person claiming to be IRS. Lawsuit has been filed against me by IRS. Back taxes $2678. Caller has world's worst accent. I hung up.

Pretty sure the IRS will continue to MAIL important notices... not leave weird VM messages from automated recording that never bothers to mention the taxpayer's name.  Didn't even bother to return this call!

Shame on the scammers at 202-241-6307.  May Karma kiss you right where you deserve!

the highly accented woman (could hardly understand her called the number and it went to a person who said she keeps getting calls from people who said it was from the IRS and she looked into it and said it is a scam

I also received the automated call claiming that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. The IRS sends registered letters, not automated messages.
