He says his name is Ben Thomas.He has ben harassing my friend for lottery scams. Does anyone have any information I can give to my friend.

Hope this is helpful. Get your friend away from this man. If the caller asks for any money in advance it is SCAM. No legitimate lotteries require payment for taxes or insurance or delivery fee's. Hang up the phone.
If your friend does not listen to him he/she will not be pulled into his trap.

This jerk called 5 times in a row and said why wont you listen to me.. I then told him to F off.. Harrassment.. I am blocking his number from my cell phone

Just got the same call.  Who can this be reported to?  Was kind of scary.  Said he would come to the house.
