Who called from 2022416854

My friend just got a call from this number saying they are from the IRS and that they were going to arrest him for criminal tax evasion.  Total scam.....the FBI needs to investigate as it is interstate as he lives in Arizona and the number is from Washington DC

We received a similar phone call from this number stating that someone was calling and that we needed to respond to some sort of affidavit or we would be responsible for whatever legal action would be taken against us. Total scam, I reported 202-241-6854 to authorities.

got the same stupid phone call, but they called 4 TIMES and were verbally aggressive ! it is a lie and cannot figure out the point of their verbal aggression.
They said they were going to deport me . Uhhhhh, I AM FROM THE USA.
