Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
I got a call just like this today. I was very defensive and uncooperative and without my requesting a manager/supervisor a woman was put on and very coldly said can I help you? and I said WHAT You're the one who called me! that set the tone---after indicating accepting terms (mumbled) I was expressing my frustration and she just hung up on me-and yes-there was a previous call (serious call back immediately and at first 1 told the first mail I spoke to I could not understand him as his accent was so pronounced
