Computer generated voice claimed "should notify you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you", and that we should call the number back before the "lawsuit is downloaded to the courthouse".  It ended with "God Bless You".  Scam.  There was a story in our newspaper a few weeks ago where a man called them back.  He was conned out of $15,000 with wire transfers.  He came forward to warn others.  The IRS does not call with this type of information.  You would receive a very official (and probably registered) piece of mail.

A person will receive a regular letter in an IRS, US Treasury envelope,  via Regular USPS mail to your address as last filed with the IRS.
