I have experienced the same situations with the so called Bob Carner. I received several emails that look exactly like ones others have posted on this site and multiple phone calls threatening to press charges against me as stated in the emails. The emails included incorrect grammar and were from a gmail account-
[email protected]. Funny thing was that in order to pay for the charges that I supposedly owed, I was told I had to go and purchase reloadable money cards to pay him with. I have been scammed with those before- there is no way to track where that money goes. He was very pushy and intimidating. He was obviously trying to scare me into paying in order to avoid being taken to court, and I can see how they succeed. When I began questioning who the money was going to that he wanted me to pay, he started raising his voice and threatening to proceed with legal action. When I did not pay him and began ignoring his calls and emails, he called me at work and threatened to proceed with legal action and said he would be calling my supervisors and managers to notify them. I called and filed a complaint with the FBI and they had me send them all of the emails I had received. Sorry SOB. I don't know how people like this sleep at night.
