I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, especially with an area code that isn't familiar to me. I received a call and voicemail from this number by a heavily accented man who informed me there was an arrest warrant out associated with my address and that it was very important that I call back. There was no reason for me to believe this and the way he spoke was very scripted and it just screamed "scam" to me so here I am reporting it.
