irs final notice. sounds like a scam. call came in from 607-562-8977 and after a search of that number had posts of a scam for windows/malware a couple of years ago. do your research. call a real irs number to see if it is true. dont call the number they provided. be careful everyone.
Real irs would not call. They send letters.
