Same number contacted me and said I had committed IRS fraud. I started getting worried until I told him I have served in the Marines for the past 12 yrs and had received no notification of any delinquent taxes and have received returns every year. Then the guy (Pakistani) said he didn't know what the Marine Corps was and he was confused. So needless to say he got an earfull do not fall for this
Got a phone call 10 minutes ago and said that we commited IRS fraud. He also asked whether we have the lawyer.
Send the money $5000.We filed returns every year and never received notification of delinquent taxes.
I am glad that I searched his number now and found the SCAM.
The man has strong accent.
Got a call from this number said that it was the IRS and to return the call before they take action against us. Well dumb scammer I know that you was trying to fraud me. No stupid people live here.
JULIE SMITH AND HOSEA MARTIN CALL ME SAYING I OWE 4000.00 FROM MY 2010 AND 2009. THEY ALSO SAID THAT I GAVE FRAUDULENT INFORMATION ON MY TAXES AND THEY MADE CHANGES TO MY INFORMATION ON MY TAXES. THEY PUTTING A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST WITHIN THE HOUR AND FREEZING ALL MY BANK ACCOUNTS SUSPENDING MY LICENSE.
Reporting an IRS Scam call. Said if did not call in an hour would be in trouble with the IRS. It was an electronic synthesized voice. The internet shows it originating between New York Ave and Q street in DC.
