Received back to back phone calls from this number and also 202-741-7402 saying this is Kelly Smitz from the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against your name. Heavy foreign accent. This is a scam! The caller ID shows Washington, DC.

First a robo call from IRS without any accent. I should have googled the number before I called the number back, as it was a waste of time.
The guy who answered had a Middle Eastern accent. He threatened arrest for some tax fraud, seizure of my house (I don't own one, just rent). Plus jail for at least 10 years!! I heard moslem prayer calls in the background. That with the accent was all the proof I needed to suspect scam. I told him to shut the f%^& up, cussed at the moslem terrorist and told him to f%^& his allah and muhammad.
