I got the same call last week....funny thing, they called my parents house and my parents told them I don't live there. Xavier threatened my parents saying that I'll be going to jail.
I'm 33 years old married and live in another state. If he was a IRS agent, wouldn't they have my most recent info??? I filed my taxes with my current info. These guys are idiots. Avoid his calls
This is a scammer using an untraceable magicJack device assigned a number by YMAX Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the magicJack company.
I'm tired of posting and reposting this information. So please search this web site for the many other numbers I've found in which I found this device being used, and what some other options are for getting them turned off, even if they are overseas.

This #202-241-8309, has called my home at least 20 times, leaving messages we can't hardly understand the static is bad. Calling sometimes twice a day. Asking for our attorney to call, something about Federal Investigations. I couldn't make out a name of the caller but he had a thick Indonesian accent. Last call to date was May 5th 2014.
He said it would be his last call and bid us good luck,... this has fallen on you he said, then said god bless.
Weird and very annoying.
They called my mom, asking to call back or will sue us.
Yea ok. First no federal agent will call at night during week end. (except Obama care when they are behind their target haha)
If someone want to file a lawsuit they will contact you via register mail. Not over the phone and left VM.
