Advised that a company I have not even opened (or advertised) yet was under federal investigation for tax fraud. They left a case number and asked me to call the "hotline" which was just the phone number they called from. Caller had such a thick middle eastern accent that it was hard to make out what they were even saying

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
The caller with a thick Indian or Pakistani accent, Called for my wife. Stated that she was named in a subpoena for tax fraud and that she needed to call him back ASAP.
