Same happened today, with us. Same name, asking to call back before they take any action, but I had no idea what is about. Called back and didn't got through. I guess it is another spam. I will report the number to Comcast
Just called here. Caller ID said Washington DC msg was calming to be Officer Julie Smith from the IRS and threatening further action if call is not returned. Sounded like a fake voice that was computer generated.
This number now blocked!
