Received a recorded call from 202-241-8602 saying they were Julie Smith with IRS and that I should have my attorney contact them, this was an urgent matter and to take it seriously.
Received phone call today on my cell. They claimed to be IRS and told me that I was being sued for fraud and tax evasion. I started laughing and the guy told me it wasn't funny and that the police would be at my house in 90 minutes. I told him that I am an attorney and that the IRS would send me something in the mail or contact my accountant if there was a problem. He told me I was going to jail and I told him to hold while I contact my friend who is a lawyer at the IRS. Call ended.
