just call and when you pick up you hear an annoying message that they are the IRS and if you have to call back before they take further action.

Same as above - just wanted to reinforce that this wasn't a one time thing. Automated computer voice saying it's the IRS and I needed to call back.

I did a reverse lookup on the phone number. It comes from a Magic Jack, much like a Google Voice number. Email Magic Jack and report the phone number for abuse. [email protected]
