I received a call last night from this number at almost midnight. He had a southern accent and identified himself as Dave Thomas. He hung up as I started to question him. I researched the number to find out that it was a landline from Washington DC from a corporation named Ymax Communications. This company is Magicjack. Lots of complaints about people getting calls from Majicjack accounts on the internet.
