202-248-8963 called iPhone on Nov 30, 2016 at 11:07 am.  Caller ID = Washington, DC.  No message.  BLOCKING since already reported here.

The guy's accent sounds like from India or something. I answered the call and I kept wasting his time, at the end, I said I dont want the money, and he said a " [***] you" to me and hung off lol, what a [***].

I answered and they said they were from some government agency and that I had won a $9,000 grant that I would never have to pay back! I asked her what my name was and she hung up on me - lol
