Clearly a scam, got called saying I won 9 grand. Unfortunately gave them my name and zip code as I couldn't understand what was going on, I couldn't understand the accent. Thankfully I didn't give them any bank account information.

Recieved call as well. With accent. Asked him to take our phone number off from the calling list...told me i am the one called and called me fuxxing [***]. Watch out! Got this all recorded. Will come and get u!
Just received the a call from this guy offering me a grant under the Recovery Act. When asked if this is a scam and if I should believe him, he could give nothing more than 'so many people are receiving this, why would (he) waste all of their and his time?'
My response: because a lot of people do that exact thing.
This number called me several days ago. just now checking it out. Was most definitely a scam. Caller had Russian accent, said I won $9,000. I took a shot, and responded excitedly in Russian telling him that was fine! he mumbled something incoherent and hung up. Boy, was I disappointed, I can tell you. I could have really used that nine grand!!!
