Got a call from "Sherry Colbart" from 202-249-7364. Wanted to speak with the President. I asked her her company name and she said "no company, but he should be familiar with who I am". I put her in his VM and she immediately called back asking him to be paged. No page system here, so she accepted his VM after all.
THIS # HAS BEEN CALLING FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW. THE GUYS NAME WHO CALLS (AND HAS COME IN TO OUR OFFICE) IS BILL MURPHY. HE REFUSES TO LEAVE A VOICE MAIL OR GIVE ANY INFO TO ME ABOUT WHO HE IS AND WILL NOT TALK TO THE OWNERS ASST. I WONDER HOW WELL BEING SO VAGUE IS WORKING OUT FOR THEM CONSIDERING "WE" ARE PROFESSIONALS EVEN THOUGH WE ANSWER TELEPHONES FOR A LIVING! HE OR ANYONE ELSE FROM THERE WILL NOT GET THE OWNER...THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH ME FIRST! :-)
Bill Murphy from "no company" called and asked for owner by name as if owner knew him....even had the gall to state that they had spoken before. Would not leave message or number. Will not get thru while I am on the job. Called number back and left vmail stating to remove our number from their calling list. and Am now going to report this yet again.
