Someone at this number calls me several times a day. It says something about payday loans, which I have already dealt with. I can't understand him, he has a strong foreign accent. I called back and got their voicemail, how convenient. I really wish these people would leave me alone. What is the time that they can  legally call you? I thought it was after 8-9 a.m. and he called me at 7:30?!?!?
