someone called me from 202.277.9227, I didn't know that number, but since it was 202, I decided to answer, and they hung up.

then a moment later they txted me. when I inquired who they were, they said, "weezy f baby"...I had no idea what that meant, and then I asked how they got my number, beause I am wondering if I could take the txts to the police. any ideas?
