Received the same call (mean, threatening message left because I did not pick up) as described in all of the comments here. I consider it a threat. Cannot believe these people get away with this. I keep a whistle by the phone and if there is a next time (and I'm here) he will get a punctured eardrum.
Some guy left a message on my voicemail saying he was James Morgan to call immediately. My girlfriend called back and he asked for information like the phone number. He said his name was John Davis officer for the iris and when she asked what it was about and said she wouldn't give him any information he hung up.
