Scammer claiming that you have been awarded a grant from the US grant deprtment. Call him names and mock his manhood. Then hang up on him.

Received a call my TMobile cell phone from this number. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

indian guy said he was from the federal gov said they offering 9000 a year dont have to pay back.
quickly said not interested, hung up, has to be a scam

I got the same call today!!!! Obviously had to be too good to be true!
