Who called from 2023134412

Man with an Indian accent asked for me, told me that they wanted to give me money for home improvement.  I repeated a few times that I was not interested and requested to be removed from their calling list.  Caller ID said "District of Columbia" (minus the last a, since the name is too long).

Same message, Dist of Columbi  Another Scam caller.  Blocked
