The number called my house 7 times in less than 7 minutes.  It was in the evening around 8:30pm.  The call did not wait for the answering machine to pick, no message was left.  Very annoying, especially around the bedtime hour for children or "quiet" time in the evening.  Go away number 202 316 8176.
