I reported problems from 202-327-4133. The man that called wanted to talk to me about insurance because I mailed in a request for insurance to his company. It was uncomfortable talking to him on the phone because of all the personal information that was requested and his accent did not help either. He let me know he would be in my area from 15:00 to 17:00 on Sunday and did not show up during that time frame. I was left with an uncomfortable feeling about the whole thing. Well...Every thing turned out Okay in the end.

What a crock, #1. I have no student loans! #2. the "Federal Government" doesn't work that way...hope the real "Federal Government" kicks there *ss in real Federal Court!
