This guy is a scammer. He has technicians working for him that aren't qualified to do the work they are required to do. He gets his technicians to sell you malware software that you can download online for free. He tells you a technician will come and do a free assessment, but the technician comes in and "fixes" your computer right away without doing the free assessment. If you call the numbers he has listed on his website it says that the mailbox is full. One day he will say his name is Pete, then he will use another fake name like Dave or something else. When you confront this guy he e-mails you and texts you from a fake number and tells you that your credit card payment didn't go through, that your account has been forwarded to collections, and that the sheriff department has been notified and will seize your computer and will be auctioned off to cover the costs of the payment. He has his address listed in a strip mall in Vancouver and it doesn't exist there. Please do not call these people to fix your computer. They will only make matters worse.
