Who called from 2023333876

Received a few calls from this number but when I answer, there's no one there. After saying hello twice, they hang up

Received a call. Answered. Caller hung up after I said "Hello". Called number back, received "This number has been disconnected" message

Said I was selected by the government for a large amount of money. The caller is a girl. Her english is really poor.

Me Too. I am a freshman in college. Don't know whether to accept it or not

Received three of these type calls today.  Didn't answer them.
