"Investment" is right, they 'invest' on your hardship...these A-Holes call at very inappropriate times of the day, such as 9:45 PM on a Sunday evening etc. (actually, at very illegal times) to harass unsuspecting people who answer the telephone. When you call them back, they say they are an "attorney's office/agency", but all they are are a collection agency that prey on what THEY believe are old debts that are no longer viable.  I am documenting their harassment.
