totally a fraud...watch out DO not respond to it. Voice mail said that there was a lawsuit IRS would be filing against me and to call this number and get more information. TOTALLY a joke. Beware..this is a set up to get money or info from you that is private.
The caller claims to be from the federal government fraud division & the owners af continental timeshare have been arreated & incacerated for fraud.
They are calling to get info to send me a check for restitution for my timeshare. Then they wanted a retainer fee to send a certified check.
Upon my questioning and asking what branch of law enforcement they were from. They hung up. Watch out there is a new fraud in town.
I called the number back and got a voice mail.
johnathon andersoon claimed he works for the federal reserve and that they received restitution monies for fraud that happened to me, and that i would get back $47,532 but i would have to pay capital gains tax of $3,632
