They call to see what apartments we have available almost EVERY DAY. They ask the same questions, but pretend to be a prospective renter. They always try to get the full names of the employees. Why? Are they going to start trying to call us at home too? They take up time of all our employees for no reason. I wish I could make them go away. Terrible, disrespectful company.
I called back this number and the voice message says they are CoStar. I work for a real estate company so I know they are a commercial real estate information company. I missed their calls a couple of times, and finally answered this morning. He asked me if I was there, so I said this was she. And she hung up!
Costar is a company that keeps my commercial listings up to date on the internet. They ask for no money and give me free advertizing so I have no problem taking a few minutes to update my info with them. It keeps my listings on top when I do. They survive off of other advertizing money so its free to mer. They call me usualy 1 time a month.
