I certainly am on someones list. This number called, I did not answer, they did not leave a message. Scammers... get tons of these calls, all different numbers. Must have a log of at least 100 or so numbers from across the country. They all just keep on calling... Sooooo, whatever....
Did you report the call to the DNC? The no call list is simply a list. Nothing automatically determines the calls you want to receive or who you don't want, and does a blocking function. Calls must be reported to the DNC, establishing a pattern, before they can do anything for anyone...Please report all of these such calls to their web site. None of us likes to receive them and the more that report numbers, the greater the chances of them taking action.
The calls from this number are from the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR). I have received harassing calls from these people using eight (8) different telephone exchanges (all within are code 202). I won't make a donation to them because of these relentless harassing phone calls. In any event I finally resorted to a "ring blocker" to prevent being harassed by these folks.
