Called my cell phone. Left no message.

Called my cell, left no message!!
Probably scammers!!!!!!!

I just answered. I heard background noise, like an office environment; someone with a feminine sounding, african accent said "Hello. I'm sorry..."  and hung up...

They called me back again, this time with a spoofed number: 904-772-324.
This new number is only 9 digits long instead of 10, so I cannot block it.
