Who called from 2023568452

According to Caller ID, "Dist of Columbi" called at 6:45 PM.  I didn't answer, caller left no message.

Answered the call as I have friends in the DC area. How, with this call I suspect that it is one of those that they try to get you to say yes so that they can record it. I kept saying hello while they asked if I was who I am. They then hung up, but tried to call again a couple of hours later, but wasn't home then.

Answered call and said good morning this is x, then said good morning again before caller hung up.  I called back and the number was not in service.

Got a call from this caller, no message left
