scammer from DFF or BFF calls from this number, says his name is Roy Cooper and he is with the legal dept. Indian accent.  Rude, persistent, uses multiple numbers to call from.  BIG SCAM, DO NOT TALK WITH THESE PEOPLE.  They want money and will say you have not paid back a loan and if you don't pay, they will ruin your credit or cancel your passport or embarass your family.  They may know personal info about you as they buy that information from various places.  Hang up and don't talk to them and don't send them any money.  Report them to the FTC or Justice Dept.
